Golden Muslin accepts payments in 29 international currencies with automatic currency conversion. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Golden Muslin ships across India and over 220 international destinations. All international orders are shipped under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, meaning all customs duties and import taxes are paid by Golden Muslin for seamless delivery. Shipping timelines and tracking details are communicated via email and SMS.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible products in unused condition. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Certain products, including sale or custom items, are non-returnable as per our Refund and Return Policy.
